Vehicle Preparation

At Two Automotive, we take pride in our vehicle preparation and sourcing which is why every vehicle goes through the same meticulous pre sale preparation process as standard regardless of the age or price point, to make sure it’s a car we can be proud to see leave our showroom.

Each car is hand selected after multiple checks to ensure it has a clean history and is backed up with adequate service/maintenance history. The car will then go for an inspection/health check by a professional at one of the trusted garages that we work with, If there are any faults found or servicing/maintenance needed, this will then all be taken care off at this stage before the car goes through an MOT.

The car will then be treated to a full deep clean detail. Firstly the alloys and arch linings will be taken care off before moving onto the engine bay which will be safely degreased and dressed. Multiple wash stages will then take place to remove all road grime from the bodywork and any intricate areas. The paintwork will then be decontaminated with chemicals & clay to safely extract any iron and tar contaminants leaving the paint smooth and contaminant free creating the perfect surface for a coating/wax to bond too. If the car is suffering from faded plastic trim, this will all be restored back to its original state. Moving onto the interior, all surfaces will be thoroughly steam cleaned to ensure all bacteria is removed. Any upholstery and floor carpets will be cleaned usuint an extractor. Using the correct products, all leather will be brought back to a matte clean state and any alcantara will be brought back to life. The dashboard and trims will then be dressed with an anti-static and UV protectant.

Working in partnership with Warranty First we offer a 3 month warranty on all vehicles as standard, with the option to upgrade/extend to a variety of other warranty packages available.

Stage 1 paint enhancement
The vehicle will go through our deep clean detail/decontamination wash allowing all contaminants to be safely extracted from the paint work of the vehicle. We will then use a combination of machine polishers to start our single stage paint enhancement which will remove between 60-70% of light swirls and scratches leaving a refreshed glossy surface ready for a coating to be applied, whether that be a carnauba wax or a longer lasting ceramic coating.

Stage 2 paint enhancement & ceramic coating
Once again the vehicle will go through the same thorough decontamination process as the stage 1 enhancement. We will then carry out a multi stage paint correction eliminating 80-90% of swirl marks and scratches, reviving the paint back to a near on perfect condition. This will be followed up by a 3 year CarPro CQuartz ceramic coating to the paintwork and a Gtechniq ceramic glass coating to exterior glass.
